Per Property:  Properties are registered on a per-property basis.  There are no monthly minimums or subscription costs.  Inspectors create an account at https://eliteinspectionwarranty.com or InterNACHI Members register at https://eliteinspectionwarrnaty.com/internachi to set up your account and start submitting warranties.  

 

Plan Terms:  All plan terms are from 120 days from inspection or 90 days from closing, whichever comes first.  All properties must be registered within 10 days of the date of the inspection.
