Program Basics
Term
The term of the program is 120 days from the date of inspection or 90 days from closing, whichever occurs first. Clients must submit a claim within 7 days of discovering the issue. Claims filed beyond the Program Terms will not be considered.

No Pre Approval
We do not require pre-approval for repairs, nor do we coordinate services with contractors on your behalf. You have the freedom to select a licensed professional of your choice to carry out the necessary repairs or provide estimates.
Estimates or Invoices
You should proceed with getting the repair completed or gathering a repair estimate from a qualified professional. Make sure your invoice or estimate is detailed.
Additional Details
You will need to provide a copy of your home inspection report and a detailed explanation of the issue. Images are also encouraged. Conditions reported in the home inspection report are not eligible for reimbursement.

A copy of the Terms and Conditions of the plan associated with the property is emailed to the client when the property is registered. Elite Inspection Warranty Company, LLC offers several different plans, each with different claim limits, program aggregates and conditions. Here are some of those general limitations:

HVAC and Built In Kitchen Appliances that are reported to be nearing or at the end of their useful service life are not covered. If the unit or system component is eligible for reimbursement, but the element can not be repaired, the program will pay a maximum replacement beneifit of $500.

Roof Leaks: If the plan you have includes coverage for roof repairs, the plan will reimburse you for repairs exclusively related to water intrusion.

Mold Mitigation: If your plan includes mold mitigation, a mold test by a qualified laboratory will be required as part of the claims submission.

Plumbing Fixtures and Leaks: Repairs for plumbing leaks or repairs to plumbing fixtures are not included.
